§ Ms JacksonMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport announced on 28 July the decisions reached on the accelerated review. As part of that statement, he announced that the A40 west London approach scheme had been cancelled and that the A13 Thames gateway DBFO would go ahead. The development work on the payment mechanisms for the A13 is not yet complete and will be announced in due course.
