§ Ms Glenda JacksonPromoting the use of public transport needs to take place within the context of the integrated transport policy that the Government are developing. This is why an important part of the fundamental review of transport which my Department is currently taking forward is to examine ways of increasing the use of public transport, and or providing genuine choice to meet people's transport needs.
