§ Mr. DenhamI have received a number of representations about the incapacity benefit all work test 105W from groups representing disabled people, other interested organisations and individuals affected. The issues raised will help enable me to consider what changes are necessary to ensure that the test provides a fair assessment of a person's incapacity for work for benefit purposes.
