§ Angela EagleThe external financing limit for the British Waterways Board will be increased by £470,000 from £50,890,000 to £51,360,000. This will allow increased capital spending. The change will be made 43W under the nationalised industries' end-year flexibility arrangements and takes account of a matching underspend against the board's 1996–97 external financing limit.
