§ Mr. Tony LloydMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary has ultimate responsibility for electoral arrangements in Bermuda which are determined by the relevant provisions of the Bermudian constitution. However, questions on electoral boundaries would in the first instance be matters for the Bermuda Government.
