§ Mr. FisherIn the White Paper my Department launched on 21 July, we outlined plans for out-of-school activities which would allow local education authorities and others to seek lottery funding to support a wide range of creative projects. We also gave a specific example of how the new opportunities fund might support schools programmes in music teaching.
