§ Mr. SpellarFees paid to the National Westminster Markets Ltd. totalled £4,614,000 excluding VAT. This was a combination of monthly fixed-rate time-based fees and a commission of 0.1 per cent. of the sale price achieved for the MOD in excess of £520 million.
