§ Clare ShortA range of mechanisms to co-ordinate contributions to the White Paper, both from within and outside government, have been established. We have established a steering group comprising officials from the Department for International Development and other Whitehall Departments. I am currently consulting with ministerial colleagues on the contribution of their Departments to the White Paper.
