§ Dr. ReidWe have received a large number of inputs from outside bodies and individuals. These submissions are the property of the authors and the Department may not circulate them outside Government without the authors' consent. Our intention is to seek that consent and to place in the Library of the House copies of these inputs where consent has been given.
