§ Dr ReidFurther examination of Departmental records indicates that no training has been provided to Libya in the past ten years. Both Libya and Iran were regrettably included in error in my previous answer of 16 June,Official Report, columns 87–88, as both countries had requested training which was not in fact provided. I am grateful to the hon. Member for providing this opportunity to set the record straight.
