§ Mr. RookerOur top priority is the creation of a Food Standards Agency to raise standards of food safety. But we are not waiting for the creation of the Agency: we are reviewing all of the work of the Department to ensure we have in place the right policies and procedures to deliver the highest standards of food safety.
