§ Mr. MilburnThe Efficiency Scrutiny report into Prescription Fraud in England and Wales was published on 19 June 1997. We have announced immediate decisions to implement some important recommendations, such as including scrutiny measures in the printing of prescription forms.
The remaining recommendations are being examined in detail in order to develop a comprehensive programme of action and an estimate of the savings which will arise.
