§ Mr. MichaelI assume that the Question is referring to the Interdepartmental Working Group on Vulnerable or Intimidated Witnesses. The Group aims to report to Ministers by the end of the year. The Group is chaired by the Home Office and includes officials from various Government Departments and agencies as well as representatives from the Association of Chief Police Officers, Victim Support and the Local Government Association, who will participate as part of their normal duties. The costs of the review will therefore be met from the running costs of the individual Departments and agencies involved. It is not possible to predict the costs of the review in advance.
