Friend the Minister for the Regions, Regeneration and Planning, in answer to a question from the Member for Scarborough and Whitby (Mr. Quinn) on 7 July 1997Official Report, column 338, announced the publication of supplementary guidance for Round 4 of the Single Regeneration Budget Challenge Fund. This guidance contains details of both the criteria which will be used to assess proposals and the revised timetable for submitting proposals. Copies of the guidance have been placed in the Library of the House. I have also arranged for my hon. Friend to be sent a copy of this guidance.
