§ Mr. MichaelWork has been going on for some time to revise procedures for dealing with misconduct by police officers and to introduce for the first time procedures to deal with unsatisfactory performance. All the police staff associations have co-operated in the development of new procedures and we hope to complete work on outstanding issues shortly.
