§ Mr. SpellarI very much welcome the imaginative proposals of the Society of British Aircraft Companies in its foresight action programme. My Department has already identified programmes that can be aligned with Foresight Action and is considering the potential of others. I am pleased to be able to tell the hon. Gentleman that as part of our planning process we are also evaluating promising future programmes.
