§ Mr. RaynsfordThe review of existing CCT legislation and guidance in England and Wales will be completed shortly. Following consultation, new 9W regulations and guidance will be issued in the autumn. The cost of conducting the review to the point of consultation on proposals is estimated at £36,500.
