DNA tests have been conducted. A suspect was arrested but subsequently released on bail.
538WOn 4 July the Indian Ministry of External Affairs said they still awaited a report from the Indian Central Bureau of Investigation. Our High Commission will continue to press the Indian authorities for the report to be made available as quickly as possible.
