§ Mr. MichaelBy now, all firearm certificate holders and registered dealers should have received from their local police force copies of an information pack, including the full text and annexes to the Compensation Scheme as debated and approved by Parliament on 9 June. The levels of compensation are clearly set out in these documents. The pack also includes the claim form, a leaflet on how to complete the form and advice on where and when to surrender their weapons. In addition, the Home Office has written to clubs about the arrangements.
