The Secretary of State has asked me to reply to your Question about the import and export of waste.The information is not held centrally and indeed district councils, the enforcement authorities for waste management in Northern Ireland, only collate statistics of movements of 'Special Waste' as defined.I am sorry that I cannot be more helpful.
