§ Mr. BoatengWe are not aware of any such representations. Decisions about services for people with learning disabilities are for local determination. We understand that North Essex Health Authority has consulted on and agreed proposals which will provide the patients of Turner Village with a choice over where they are to live including community homes and an existing village community.
