§ Mr. MorleyThis term is not defined in EU legislation. However it is commonly understood to refer to a quota to fish cod in Norwegian waters north of 62°N, granted to the EU by Norway as part of the European Economic Area Agreement, which is allocated among those Member States eligible for cohesion funds: Greece, Ireland, Portugal and Spain.
