§ Dawn PrimaroloLegislation is contained in the 1995 and 1996 Finance Acts to provide for changes to be made to the construction industry tax scheme. The Inland Revenue are continuing to consult with industry representatives on the more detailed proposals which will be included in regulations. An announcement will he made shortly about the implementation of the new scheme.
