§ Mr. Jonathan EvansUnder the Home Energy Conservation Act 1995, all authorities in Wales must provide me with a report by 30 November 1997 setting out measures that will lead to a significant improvement in energy efficiency of all residential accommodation. The Government have also recently announced significant changes to the home energy efficiency scheme which widens the scope of improvements available to householders.
