§ Mr. HanleyWe have been active in focusing international attention on this issue. We most recently raised it at the United Nations when the Security Council reviewed sanctions against Iraq on 31 December. At meetings of the tripartite commission in Geneva and its technical sub-committee, we have repeatedly made clear to the Iraqis our deep concern over the lack of progress. We shall continue to press them to provide substantive information on individual cases.
