Mr. Donohoe

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, pursuant to his answer of 2 December 1996,Official Report, column 551, on the Scottish Office's roads programme, when he expects to be able to announce the programme; and if he will include in his announcement a list of the parliamentary constituencies in which the proposed works lie. The Scottish Office roads programme, in terms of new starts of schemes costing above £3 million, for 1996–97 and 1997 to 2000 is in the table. The table includes details of the parliamentary constituencies within which the projects lie.
