Mr. George Robertson

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list for each district council area, up to 31 March 1996(a) the number of council tenants, (b) the number of tenants in arrears, (c) the percentage of tenants in arrears, (d) the total amount of arrears and (e) the total amount of arrears as a percentage of (i) net and (ii) gross rental income.
