§ Mr. FreemanA chapter in the 1996 White Paper "Competitiveness: Creating the Enterprise Centre for Europe" considered the relationship between economic growth and the environment. Among other things, it set out how companies can benefit from understanding and minimising the environmental impact of their activities.
