§ Mr. MossPrivatisation of water and sewerage services in Northern Ireland remains the Government's ultimate goal, although it is not practicable for several years. As an interim step, the Water Service has been established as an executive agency from 1 April 1996 which will enable it to improve its commercial orientation.
