To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many pre-registration nursing and midwifery students who commenced training as initial entrants by means of(a) salaried student places, (b) Project 2000 and (c) undergraduate study gave up their training in (i) the first year, (ii) the second year and (iii) the third year, in each of the last five years.
