To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) if he will publish a breakdown of expenditure by the(a) Department of Education, (b) Department of Economic Development, (c) Department of the Environment, (d) Department of Health and Social Services and (e) Department of Finance and Personnel in each parliamentary constituency in each of the past three months; [17303]

(2) if he will publish a breakdown of proposed expenditure by the (a) Department of Education, (b) Department of Economic Development, (c) Department of the Environment, (d) Department of Health and Social Services and (e) Department of Finance and Personnel in each parliamentary constituency for the next two months.
