§ Mr. Roger EvansPosthumous claims can be considered under normal rules for pneumoconiosis and in respect of those who died after 13 September 1993 for chronic bronchitis and emphysema. However, information on the numbers of such cases is not available and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
