§ Mr. HoramProgress towards the "Health of the Nation" targets to reduce deaths from coronary heart disease is encouraging. The latest data show that between 1989–90–91 and 1993–94–95, death rates fell by 19.2 per cent. for people aged under 65 and by 12.5 per cent. for people aged 65 to 74.
