§ Mr. MaloneWe are always pleased to acknowledge the achievements of staff in the national health service. Unfortunately, due to commitments already made, both I and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State will be unable to visit the unit in the foreseeable future. I have undertaken to write to the staff acknowledging their achievement.
