§ Mr. ClappisonThe publication, "Local Housing Statistics" shows estimates of the number of new dwellings under construction, by sector, for each local authority area in England. This includes all the London boroughs. The figures shown are as reported to the Department, either in the most recent quarter, or as projected up to the most recent quarter using reported housebuilding starts and completions information. The figures cover only new build, they do not cover properties under construction in the course of the rehabilitation of existing buildings.
