§ Sir John WheelerThe Northern Ireland civil service has sought to integrate equal opportunities advice and good practice into all its personnel arrangements both in terms of day to day personnel and in strategic, policy terms. It is not, therefore, possible to isolate either the 169W costs or numbers of staff employed in Departments to provide advice on the application of equal opportunities policies.
