§ Mr. Waldegrave[holding answer 6 February 1997]: The 1995–96 outturn figure for the external financing requirements of each nationalised industry was given in the "Financial Statement and Budget Report" published on 26 November last year. The latest figure will be published in "Public Expenditure Statistical Analyses" on 20 March.
