Further to the Written Answer given by Earl Howe of 25th July 1996 (WA 165), when they intend to publish the new edition of the Guide to Legislative Procedures.

The new edition of the Guide to Legislative Procedures was issued to Departments in November 1996. Copies were placed in the House Libraries, and a copy was sent to the noble Lord, on 20th November 1996.
