§ Sir Nicholas BonsorWe have no reports of involvement by British or EU business men in pyramid selling schemes in Albania. Albania will receive £1 million of UK bilateral assistance in 1997 in the form of know-how fund projects. Albania is also set to receive 140 million ecu of EU assistance in the period 1996 to 1999 under the Phare programme.
