§ Mr. BoatengThe 1995 report Review of Pathology Services at Kent and Canterbury Hospitals National Health Service Trust was an internal document commissioned by the Trust to enable it to develop its formal strategy in relation to Pathology services. Therefore, a copy of the report was not sent by the trust to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health.
