§ Mr. DenhamThe Disabled Drivers Association (DDA) met my noble Friend the Under-Secretary, Baroness Hollis on 26 November. The DDA raised various motions carried at their Annual General Meetings in 1996 and 1997 relating to the mobility component of Disabled Living Allowance and the Motability Scheme.
