§ Mr. Tony LloydWe have explained our position in discussions with the Secretaries-General of the Arab League and of the Organisation of African Unity. They know that we stand ready to address any specific concerns they may have about the fairness of a trial in Scotland of the Lockerbie accused. No doubt they will study carefully the report of the United Nations legal experts who visited Scotland in early December.
