§ Mr. Alan HowarthWork permits are not approved for overseas domestic workers. Overseas domestic workers, other than the domestic staff of diplomatic missions, can be allowed entry to accompany their employer under a concession outside the Immigration Rules for which my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary has responsibility. They do not have the right to change their employment.
