§ Mrs. RocheMy colleague the Minister for Trade and Competitiveness in Europe is hosting, with the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, a press conference on 20 January to promote the second phase of the campaign in this country. We shall also be helping the Commission to distribute Citizens First literature.
