§ Mr. RookerMinisters have agreed that Government funding of complementary trials in support of the National Institute of Agricultural Botany (NIAB) Recommended List should cease with effect from 1 April 1998, and the Department's officials have so informed NIAB.
My Noble Friend the Parliamentary Secretary has also written to my hon. Friend the Member for Cambridge (Mrs. Campbell) explaining the position more fully and has offered to meet her and representatives from NIAB to listen to their views.
