§ Angela Eagle£380 million would be sufficient to pay up to 2.3 million grants to householders under this scheme, assuming that the average grant value remained at its present level and that the scheme's infrastructure could cope with such a volume within a two year period. I intend to review the scheme as soon as possible to find out if it is helping the right people in the most effective way.
