§ The Prime MinisterThe Chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality has met my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary on a number of occasions. Leading members of ethnic minority communities have met my right hon. Friend and other Home Office Ministers and Ministers of other Departments. A further opportunity to speak directly to Ministers will be given by my right hon. Friend' s recently announced Race Relations Forum. I do not plan to hold regular meetings.
