§ Dawn Primarolo[holding answer 18 December 1997]: The work needed to make the Inland Revenue's PAYE computer systems Year 2000 compliant will be completed in three phases by April 1999. The majority of the work lies in the first two phases which will be delivered in April and October 1998.
