To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer from how many establishments bingo duty was collected in the last year for which figures are available. [20493]

(2) what proportion of the revenue received from taxes and duties on gaming, gambling and lotteries consisted of bingo duty in each of the last 10 years. [20492]
