§ Mr. Keith BradleyThe disregard of War Pensions by local authorities applies to Housing Benefit as well as Council Tax Benefit. We are reviewing Housing Policy, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit with the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions as part of the modernisation of social security. All aspects of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit are open to review, including disregards.
